Tessarella delivers jewellery around the globe.
A standard fee of $10 applies to deliveries within Australia and New Zealand.
International shipping will incur a standard charge of $20. They buyer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes incurred.
We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $150.
We use Australia Post, Express Post delivery bags with tracking within Australia and Pack and Track for international deliveries.
All our jewellery is made to order, therefore please expect to receive your delivery within 14- 21 days.
Please specify by emailing us if you require your order by a specific date and we will do our best to have it there on time.
If for any reason we are unable to fill your order we will email you as soon as possible to discuss.
We’re unable to take responsibility for unforeseen circumstances (reasons beyond our control) your delivery to be late. But it won’t be because of us.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
All purchases are carefully checked and packaged before being shipped to you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange your order within 7 days of delivery upon presentation of the original receipt. Exchange must be of equal or greater value. Email us the reason of your return to receive a reference number. Please note, we do not offer refunds.
Returned jewellery must be unworn and returned in the condition originally sent including tags.
Your jewellery will be considered faulty if it is received damaged or breaks within 6 months of purchase. Jewellery damaged due to wear and tear is not considered to be faulty. We will do our very best to repair or exchange faulty jewellery. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
