Shipping within Australia

All items are shipped via Australia Post Express Post. As an introduction for the first 3 months we are offering free shipping within Australia. As of June 2106 we offer a flat rate of $10 for shipping in Australia. All our pieces are made to order so please allow 14-21 days for delivery. Please specify by emailing us if you require your order by a specific date and we will do our best to have it there on time. If for any reason we are unable to fill your order we will email you as soon as possible to discuss. We will notify you via email once your item has been shipped.

International Shipping

We offer a flat rate of $20 for international shipping. Items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the national laws of that country. As the buyer you are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred. Tessarella is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Taxes

An Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 10% is included in the retail price of each item sold.

Returns and Exchanges

All purchases are carefully checked and packaged before being shipped to you. Please choose carefully as Tessarella will offer a refund only in the case that the item is faulty. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are more than happy to offer an exchange within 7 days. Exchange must be of equal or greater value. Email us the reason for your return to receive a reference number. The item must be in its original condition with original tags attached. If the item has been worn we cannot offer an exchange. The buyer is responsible for any shipping or handling fees of the returned item. Please ensure that any item being returned is carefully packaged in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase. An exchange or refund will only be offered once the returned item has been received by Tessarella and undergone a quality control check. There is no exchange on special orders, custom pieces or sale items.

Repairs

We are more than happy to offer a repair service for damaged items purchased through tessarellahouse.com.au at no charge within 6 months of purchase date. On occasion, limited edition crystals/stones may be used and repairs may not be possible due to the limited supplies Repairs are assessed by case. 

Damages and Faults

We take great care in making sure all our products are made to the highest quality and that they are in perfect condition when sent to you. Please keep in mind that jewellery and stones are delicate and should be handled carefully. Any breaking from mishandling, or wear and tear in the course of normal use are not considered faults. If an item arrives to you and is faulty or broken do not hesitate to contact us, we will happily replace or provide a full refund if the item is no longer available, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Please contact info@tessarellahouse.com .au with details and we will be happy to help if repairing is possible. In the case of a refund, please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.
